Producten met 70% korting kunnen niet worden geretourneerd of geruild. Wilt u deze producten eerst bekijken? Dan bent u van harte welkom in onze outlet. De actuele openingstijden vindt u in onze webshop.

Bestellingen met een lagere korting mogen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd, op kosten en risico van de klant. Bewaar uw track & trace-gegevens daarom zorgvuldig.

Het is niet toegestaan om de producten uit te vouwen. Indien een product toch uitgevouwen wordt geretourneerd, kunnen wij bij terugbetaling maximaal 70% van de productwaarde vergoeden.

Step 1: Mark on your packing slip which items you want to return.

Step 2: Send your package to the following address:

Step 3: Drop off the package at a parcel point.

Step 4: Keep your track and trace code until the correct amount has been refunded to your account.

Return Conditions:

For hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to remove the items from the packaging. If you want to feel the fabric, you may open the packaging, but you are not allowed to unfold it. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and with sufficient postage.

You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
The costs for returning your package are at your own expense.
Passion for Linen is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We therefore recommend that you keep the track and trace code until the refund has been processed.

Once we have received and processed the return package and returned items in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We aim to process your return within 3-5 working days after receipt. After this, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. Our goal is to process the refund within 7 working days after your return has been handled.
